A: Clothing and shoes are required, but I’d rethink those parachute pants…

 Q: Is there food at the show?
A: Yes, we are currently serving Toad's Place eventgoers from our Venue Menu on show nights when doors open. Of course, don't forget to get in early to a Toad's concert when you eat at Highwater restaurant next door to the venue and skip the lines for large shows by using the entrance that connects the restaurant to the venue after your meal.

Q: Where is Toad's dining area?
A: Food may be able to be eaten at the bar or there may be a table/dining option located on the mezzanine level of the venue. On show nights you MUST have a ticket in order to eat inside Toad's Place and enter at the Venue main entrance near the box office. Of course, our restaurant, can accomodate your sit-down dining needs. An entrance to the restaurant can be found near the box office as well.
Q: Where can we smoke?
A: Smoking is not permitted at all inside Toad’s Place or Highwater. When the 2nd floor is available for shows...there is a balcony or deck at the rear left when you are looking at the stage that our smoking patrons can use or they can go outside for post-show or post-meal strolling along the Canal Walk.
Q: What's your capacity?
A: Our current total capacity is 1440, but this does not include furniture and varies from floor to floor.
Q: Can I go in and out?
A: No. Re-entry is not allowed.
Q: Can I look inside or get a tour?
A: Unfortunately, no. We are busy working on our line-up of great new shows and currently do not have the manpower for tour guides.
Q: Will I be able to meet my favorite artist when they play Toad’s Place?
A: Again, this is up to the artist. Some artists are notoriously shy, while others love to interact with their fans. Good luck.
Q: Is your venue handicapped accessible?
A: Toad's Place is handicapped accessible on the main level and mezzanine level of the venue. If you are in need of any assistance, please call 804.648.TOAD for Toad's Place and 804.648.1039 for Highwater Restaurant.
